Recipe ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) plain yogurt or plain mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 pinches oregano
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) canned tuna
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) low-fat cream cheese*
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) finely chopped onion
  • 2 lightly toasted Sliced Sesame Seed Bagels
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the first six ingredients together.
Cover each bagel half with a lettuce leaf.
Add the tuna mixture, pepper, and one tomato slice on each bagel half. Spoon crumbled Feta cheese in the centre of each bagel.
Cover with the other bagel half.
Serve with raw vegetable sticks.
