Recipe ingredients
- 3 cups (750 mL) farfalle
- 4 Tbsp. (60 mL) mayonnaise
- 3 green onions, chopped fine
- 2 cups (500 mL) cubed English cucumber
- 1 red sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 6 oz. (170 g) tins of chunk pink salmon packed in water, drained
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
In a saucepan, cook farfalle according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix cold pasta and remaining ingredients together.
