Recipe ingredients
- 1 packet onion soup
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) white wine
- 1 sprig fresh parsley
- 1 small rib celery, chopped
- 4 cups (1 L) water
- 4 to 6 oz (120 to 180 g) fondue beef
- Small shrimp to taste
Preparation
Cook all the fondue bouillon ingredients over very low heat.
Suggestion
When you have finished the fondue, break an egg in the bouillon and serve as soup.Occasion: Valentine Day
