Recipe ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) light or regular mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) salt
- Pinch pepper
Preparation
In medium bowl, stir ingredients together.
Keep in closed jar, refrigerated, for up to 3 weeks.
Suggestion
“Dill” may refer either to dill weed, the feathery green leaves of the plant, or to dill seeds. The fresh leaves are our choice for this recipe, as they release the most flavor and aroma. Fresh dill weed is readily available during summer months and can be found year round in many supermarkets. If unavailable, use dry dill weed.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
