Recipe ingredients
- 1 Irresistibles Ciabatta bread*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) low-fat mayonnaise or Irresistibles Italian dressing*
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) prepared mustard*
- 2 slices cheddar cheese*
- 2 slices Yves Veggie Turkey
- 2 slices Yves Veggie Pepperoni
- 2 slices Yves Veggie Deli Slices
- 3 slices tomato
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) shredded lettuce
Preparation
Cut bread in half lengthwise.
Spread mayonnaise on bottom half, mustard on top.
Arrange cheese on bottom half, followed by Yves Veggie Turkey, Pepperoni, Deli Slices and tomato slices.
Sprinkle salt and pepper; add lettuce and top half of baguette.
