Recipe ingredients

  • 1 Yves Burger Burger
  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 1–2 Tbsp. (15-30 mL) low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) hamburger relish
  • 1/2 Tbsp. (7 mL) ketchup
  • 4–5 slices raw red onion
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) shredded lettuce leaf

Preparation

Heat Yves Burger Burger over medium heat in skillet for 2 minutes. Flip over and heat other side for 2 minutes.
Spread both sides of hamburger bun with mayonnaise.
Spread mustard and relish on bottom half of bun; spread ketchup on top half of bun.
Place Yves Burger Burger on bottom half of bun and top with onion, tomato, lettuce and top of bun.
