Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) vegetable oil*
- 4 pork chops
- 4 mandarins, seeded and diced
- 1/2 English cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 mango, peeled and cubed, optional
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) liquid honey*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh mint
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
In a skillet, heat oil and fry chops.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix mandarins, cucumber, mango if desired, lemon juice, onion, honey and mint.
Season to taste.
Suggestion
Serve chops with mandarin salsa and lemon flavoured braised Brussels sprouts.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
