Recipe ingredients
- 3 oz. (90 g) smoked salmon
- 1/2 package (4 oz.) (1/2 package (125 g)) cream cheese
- 2 Tsp. (10 mL) lemon juice
- 4 Tsp. (20 mL) fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) scallion, chopped
- Freshly ground pink pepper to taste
- Assorted vegetables: endive leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) capers, drained
Preparation
In a blender or a food processor, purée smoked salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, scallion, dill and pink pepper together. Refrigerate.
Using a pastry bag or a small spoon, fill the vegetables with the salmon mix.
Garnish with capers.
