Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) extra light olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) pink grapefruit juice
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) white grapefruit juice
- Zest of 1/2 lemon, grated
- Zest of 1/2 orange, grated
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Liquid honey to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
Serve over your favourite salad.
