Recipe ingredients
- 1 750 g tomato pizza
- 1 green pepper, cut into rings
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) prosciutto, cut into strips
- 1/2 of a 340 g bag of Sargento pizza cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F / 165°C.
Place pizza on a baking sheet and top with pepper, onion and prosciutto.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 18-20 min.
Cut into squares.
