Recipe ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) maple syrup*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping cream*
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) ground cinnamon
- Sufficient cornstarch mixed with water*.
Preparation
In a saucepan, bring syrup to a boil. Over low heat, add cream and cinnamon and simmer 10 min, stirring constantly. Thicken with cornstarch if necessary. Pour into fondue pot and enjoy with fruit, marshmallows, bread, cheese and wafers.
