Recipe ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) whipping cream*
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) honey*
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) hazelnut liqueur, Frangelico
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced fresh strawberries
- Chocolate curls and chopped nuts to taste
Preparation
Whip cream with electric beater. Add hazelnut liqueur and honey, mixing well.
Alternate strawberries and whipped cream in two parfait glasses, ending with a layer of cream. Sprinkle with chocolate and nuts.
