Recipe ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) marinated ginger, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) soya sauce
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) wasabi, Japanese horseradish
- Juice of two limes
- 1 lb. (450 g) white tuna (Germon), cut into 1/4 inch (6 mm) pieces
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the tuna.
Add the tuna, blend carefully and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately or within an hour of preparation.
Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
