Recipe ingredients
- 2 large, unpeeled red apples, diced
- 1 cup (250 mL) diced St-Paulin cheese
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced celery
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) walnut pieces, toasted*
- Lettuce leaves to cover 6 plates
- Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) honey*
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) lemon juice
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) lemon zest
Preparation
In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients together and refrigerate minimum one hour.
Just before serving, mix apples, St-Paulin, celery and walnuts together.
Line 6 salad plates with lettuce leaves and top with apple-cheese mixture.
Drizzle with salad dressing and mix gently together.
Suggestion
