Recipe ingredients
- 6 cups (1.5 L) sparkling white wine
- 3 cups (750 mL) rosé
- 3 cups (750 mL) carbonated water
- 32 ice cubes
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) cognac
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) cointreau
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) maple syrup*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) strawberries, sliced thin
Preparation
Refrigerate the sparkling wine, rosé and carbonated water for 12 hours.
Empty ice cubes into a large glass punch bowl just before serving.
Pour cognac, Cointreau and maple syrup over ice cubes and stir thoroughly.
Add sparkling wine, rosé and carbonated water.
Garnish with strawberries.
Serve
