Recipe ingredients
- 2 sun dried tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. ( 15 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 oz (150 g) goat cheese
- 4 slices of crusty bread
Preparation
Preheat oven to 500°F / 260°C
Blend tomatoes, olive oil and garlic in the blender until tomatoes are ground up.
Add goat cheese and blend again.
Put some goat cheese mix on each slice of bread.
Broil about 2 minutes.
Remove from oven and drizzle with olive oil.
Cut each slice into 4 triangles and serve.
Suggestion
Garnish each triangle with a sprig of fresh oregano.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
