Recipe ingredients
- 1/4 watermelon
- 1/2 honeydew melon
- 1/2 cantaloupe
- 16 slices prosciutto
- Radicchio enough
- Sprigs of mint enough
Preparation
Remove seeds and cut melons into balls with a melon-baller.
Roll melon balls up in prosciutto and decorate the platter with remaining balls. Close each roll securely with a toothpick.
Calculate about 6 melon ball rolls per person. Depending on size of prosciutto slices, cut them in two if necessary to make as many melon ball rolls as possible.
Arrange melon trio prosciutto antipasto on radicchio and garnish with sprigs of mint.
