Recipe ingredients
- 6 eggs*, hardboiled and peeled
- 4 Tbsp. (60 mL) mayonnaise*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) minced celery
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) Irresistibles Dijon mustard*
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) minced fresh parsley
- 1 6-oz. (170-mL) tin crabmeat
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) Irresistibles paprika*
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
On a cutting board, cut eggs in tow lengthways. Remove yolks to a small bowl.
Using a fork, mash yolks. Add mayonnaise, celery, mustard, parsley, crabmeat, paprika, salt and pepper and mix together.
Stuff halved eggs with yolk mixture.
Cover and keep in the refrigerator until the meal.
Suggestion
Garnish with finely chopped red pepper or sliced stuffed olives.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
