Recipe ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)Irresistible olive oil*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL)Irresistible white wine vinegar *
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Dijon mustard*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) Irresistible dried oregano *
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) sugar *
- Irresistible salt, pepper * to taste
- 14-oz. (398 mL) can Irresistible palm, drained, sliced
- 14-oz (398 mL) can artichoke hearts*, drained, sliced
- 1/3 English cucumber, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, seeded, cut into wedges
- 1/2 red onion, sliced very thin
- 6 slices smoked turkey, cut into strips
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) kalamata olives
- 1 cup (250 mL) garlic croutons*
Preparation
In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients together and set aside.
Slice the palm's hearts crosswise and the artichoke's hearts in two.
In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients with hearts. Add dressing and mix thoroughly.
