Recipe ingredients
- 12 dried tomatoes in oil
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) oil from dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) pine nuts
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped basil
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) grated fresh Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in food processor.
