Recipe ingredients
- Citrus Marinade
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles grapefruit juice*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles orange juice*
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*
- 4 x 4 oz ( 4 x 120 g) fresh haddock fillets
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) lemon juice
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) salt
Preparation
In a glass dish, mix marinade ingredients together.
Add haddock fillets, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Remove delicately and drain fillets.
In a pan, bring some water to a boil.
Add lemon juice and salt.
Arrange fillets without overlapping in a steaming basket and place over simmering liquid, which must not touch the bottom of the basket.
Cover and cook 10 minutes.
