Recipe ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sun-dried tomato pesto
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles olive oil*
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) Irresistibles balsamic vinegar*
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) freshly ground black pepper
- 4 T-bone steaks
- Fresh Parmesan , to taste
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium heat or preheat a frying pan.
Mix the first four ingredients together in a bowl.
Put steaks on barbecue or a frying pan. Cook 2-4 minutes, turn and baste generously with pesto.
Cook 2-4 minutes more depending on desired degree of doneness.
Top cooked steaks with shaved parmesan.
