Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 lb. (450 g) cubed pork
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) ginger
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sake or white wine
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped green onions
Preparation
In a frying pan, heat oil; sear the cubes of pork.
Add ginger, soy sauce, salt and pepper; cook about 8 minutes over medium heat.
Add the sake or white wine and bring to a boil.
Just before serving, top with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Suggestion
For more tender cubed pork, cook longer over low heat and cover the frying pan to reduce evaporation.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
