Recipe ingredients
- 1-12 in. (30 cm) pizza dough
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) pizza sauce
- 1 14-oz. (398 mL) tin of artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1/4 red onion, sliced very thin.
- 3 oz. (90 g) Tomme d'Elles cheese, sliced.
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) pitted black olives *, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh thyme
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F/200ºC.
Place pizza crust on a lightly oiled and floured pizza pan.
Brush crust with tomato sauce.
Drain artichoke hearts and pat dry, spread on the pizza.
Spread red onion, cheese, black olives and thyme over the pizza.
Bake 20 minutes on lower rack.
