Recipe ingredients
- 8 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2-3 Schneiders Cheddar and Onion Juicy Jumbos
- 8 red cherry tomatoes
- 4 button mushrooms, halved
Preparation
In a bowl of cold water, soak rosemary sprigs. Set aside.
Using a fork, prick wieners. Cook 5 min. in a pot of boiling water. Drain and cut into pieces 2/3 in. (1.5 cm) thick.
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Onto each drained sprig of rosemary, thread a piece of wiener, a cherry tomato, a piece of wiener, one half mushroom and another piece of wiener. Repeat for each sprig of rosemary.
Place kebabs on the grill and cook about 5 min. or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
Serve with assorted sauces if desired.
