Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice
- 5 marinated hot peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) mild chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp. (2.5 mL) hot pepper sauce
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) oil
Preparation
In a bowl, mix ground beef, lemon juice, chopped peppers, chili sauce and hot pepper sauce.
In a frying pan, heat oil and cook beef mixture about 10 minutes until meat becomes grainy.
Suggestion
Guacamole: purée one well-ripened avocado, add cubed tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, oil, Tabasco sauce, coriander and salt.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
