Recipe ingredients
- 4 Prime Naturally herb- and Dijon mustard-seasoned chicken breasts
- 4 thin slices ham
- 4 slices Emmenthal
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Using a rolling pin, flatten chicken breasts.
Split breasts lengthways, taking care not to cut all the way through.
Cover each breast with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Close breasts and tie with string.
Lay breasts on the grill and cook 12-15 min. or until meat is cooked through.
Suggestion
