Recipe ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) milk 3.25 %
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cooking cream 15 % *
  • 5-7 oz. (150-200 g) fresh goat cheese
  • 5 whole large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of sliced leeks Les Cultures de Chez Nous

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a food processor, except leeks.
Steam leeks for 12 to 15 minutes, then add it to preparation.
Grease a bakery pan and refrigerate for 5 to 6 minutes.
Pour mixture in a 9 inches bakery pan and cook in the over approximately 35 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
