Recipe ingredients

  • 4 veal ribs
  • 3-4 veal sausages
  • 1 package of sliced leeks Les Cultures de Chez Nous
  • 2-3 mint, coriander or basil chopped leaves
  • 4 x 1 oz (30 g) Migneron cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) oil

Preparation

Cut out a pocket into ribs. Remove tripe from sausages and keep the flesh.
Stuff all ingredients inside rib pockets.
In a frying pan, brown 7-8 minutes on each side.
