Recipe ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) butter
- 1 lb. (450 g) marinated pork strips
- 1/2 Spanish onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, in strips
- 1/2 red pepper, in strips
- 1/2 yellow pepper, in strips
Preparation
In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil and butter.
Brown pork strips and onion about 4 minutes.
Add peppers; continue cooking about 8 minutes.
