Recipe ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) butter
  • 1 lb. (450 g) marinated pork strips
  • 1/2 Spanish onion, minced
  • 1 green pepper, in strips
  • 1/2 red pepper, in strips
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, in strips

Preparation

In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil and butter.
Brown pork strips and onion about 4 minutes.
Add peppers; continue cooking about 8 minutes.

Suggestion

To brown pork, quickly, always sear in butter and oil.
