Recipe ingredients
- 1 baguette bread
- 1 package of sliced leeks Les Cultures de Chez Nous
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup (250 mL) goat cheese
- 3 1/4 cups (810 ml) plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Parmesan
Preparation
Cut baguette in 0.5 inch (1 cm) thick slices.
Lay in a baking dish and lightly grill in the oven.
In a saucepan, slowly brown incised leeks in butter 6-8 minutes.
Salt and pepper. Add crumbled goat cheese.
Stir until homogenous mixture. Let cool.
Add yogurt and egg wash to preparation.
Spread mixture on bread croûtons and sprinkle with Parmesan grated cheese.
Brown in the oven at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
