Recipe ingredients
- 4 firm vine tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 seedless cucumber, cubed
- 1 small red onion, halved and sliced thin
- 1 package (200 g) feta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) black Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil*
- 4 tsp. (20 mL) wine vinegar*
- 1 1/2 tsp. (7 mL) dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. (7 mL) dried marjoram
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a salad bowl, mix tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese and olives together.
Add oil, vinegar, oregano, marjoram, salt and pepper and toss.
Divide salad among 4 plates and serve with toasted bread and a pâté.
