Recipe ingredients
- 3 Tbsp (45 mL) butter
- 1 cup (250 mL) Pause Santé Oasis® Juice and Milk Cocktail
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) cornstarch
- 4 cups (1 L) Emmenthal cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) chicken concentrate
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 baguette, in cubes
Preparation
In a double boiler, combine butter, Pause Santé Oasis® Juice and Milk Cocktail and cornstarch.
Bring to a boil; add grated cheese and chicken concentrate; stir until cheese is melted.
Add cayenne pepper.
Pour in a fondue pot and heat at low temperature.
Dip bread cubes into cheese fondue.
