Recipe ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) plain yogurt*
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) each: fresh-squeezed lemon juice and white wine
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) each: chopped fresh dill and parsley
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Milled black pepper to taste
- 4 prepared swordfish brochettes
Preparation
In a rectangular dish, mix marinade ingredients together.
Add brochettes and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
Turn brochettes a few times to coat evenly with marinade.
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Drain brochettes and put on the grill.
Cook 3-4 min. per side.
