Recipe ingredients
- 4 pork and vegetable brochettes
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) vegetable broth
- 1 lettuce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) shallots
- 1/2 cup 10% (125 mL 10%) cream
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Heat the BBQ to medium.
Brush brochettes with vegetable broth; cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
To cook in a frying pan, sear the pork and vegetables brochettes in oil.
Add chicken broth and continue cooking over medium heat about 10 minutes.
Wash and shred the lettuce; put in a salad bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients; toss.
Suggestion
Potatoes in papillote: peel potatoes, slice in rounds, put in an aluminium foil papillote with a dot of butter, chives, salt and pepper. Cook on the BBQ 20 minutes or in the oven at 350ºF (180ºC) 25 to 30 minutes.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
