Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) sun-dried tomato pesto
- 4 Irresistibles Ciabatta rolls*
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 oz. (115 g) salami, sliced
- 4 oz. (115 g) provolone cheese*, sliced
- 1 jar of 8 oz. (225 mL) roasted peppers, strained
Preparation
Mix the olive oil and the sun-dried tomato pesto.
Cut the Ciabatta into two equal parts.
Rub with garlic and spread with the diluted pesto.
Top with the salami, the provolone cheese and the roasted peppers and close the sandwich.
Alternatively, make the sandwiches and heat in a pan, on the barbecue or in a panini grill.
