Recipe ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) extra virgin olive oil*
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) mayonnaise*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped red onion
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped fresh oregano
Preparation
Blend Feta cheese, oil, mayonnaise and wine vinegar in the food processor until smooth.
Pour dressing into a jar.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Allow flavours to blend 2 hours before serving.
