Recipe ingredients
- Sufficient vegetable oil*
- 4 x 6 oz. (4 x180 g) beef tournedos
- 1 pinch salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4 oz. (115 g) Fleuron soft blue cheese
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Brush beef tournedos with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut cheese into 4 pieces.
Grill meat. Cook one side about 3 minutes or until cooked as desired.
During last minutes of cooking time, top each tournedos with a piece of cheese and serve when cheese melts.
