Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) oil
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) green onions, minced
- 1 lb. (450 g) turkey strips
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1/2 tsp. (2.5 mL) parsley
- 1 cup (250 mL) white wine
- 1 cup (250 mL) 10% M.F. cream
Preparation
In a frying pan, heat oil; brown minced green onions.
In the centre of the frying pan, brown turkey strips on all sides.
Add thyme and parsley; cook about 8 more minutes.
Remove strips from pan and deglaze with white wine.
Add cream and reduce by half over low heat 5 minutes.
Put strips on plates covered with the sauce.

When searing strips, avoid putting too many in the frying pan at the same time.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
