Recipe ingredients
- 8 pork brochettes
- Sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil
- 1 cup (250 mL) beer
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) maple sugar
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) soya sauce
- 2 shallots, minced
Preparation
Heat the barbecue to medium.
In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients.
Brush brochettes with sauce; cook 5 to 7 minutes, basting during cooking.
Bring the sauce to a boil and pour over the brochettes.
Suggestion
Carrot confit: grated carrots, lemon juice, butter, maple syrup, salt and pepper.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
