Recipe ingredients

  • 4 turkey cutlets
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) butter
  • Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) tamari
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) honey
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) paprika
  • 3 scallions, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) cider vinegar

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all the cider vinegar sauce ingredients; set aside.
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Sear cutlets a few minutes per side.
Just before serving, brush turkey cutlets with the sauce.

Suggestion

Parisian vegetables: mixed vegetables shaped into balls with a melon baller and sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley.
