Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) butter
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 4 slices white onion
- 8 mushrooms, minced
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chicken concentrate
- 4 sprigs rosemary
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium.
Brush a sheet of parchment and the marinated chicken breasts with butter.
Add tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, chicken concentrate, rosemary.
Close the papillote and put on a sheet of aluminium foil; cook 10 to 15 minutes.
Let stand 2 minutes before opening.
To oven-cook
Preheat the oven to 375ºF (180ºC).
Put the marinated chicken breasts and the rest of the ingredients on a sheet of aluminium foil.
Close the papillote and put in an oven dish.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
