Recipe ingredients
- 4 turkey brochettes
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) herb dressing
- 1 head romaine
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped oregano
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) cooked crumbled bacon
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup (60 mL) garlic croûtons
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium.
Brush turkey brochettes with 60 mL (1/4 cup) herb dressing, cook 6 minutes, turning from time to time.
In a salad bowl, shred romaine lettuce; top with bacon, parmesan; add croûtons.
Pour the rest of the herb dressing on the salad just before serving.
To oven-cook
Preheat the oven to 375ºF (180ºC).
Brush turkey brochettes with 60 mL (1/4 cup) herb dressing.
In a hot frying pan, sear brochettes on all sides.
Finish cooking in the oven 10 to 12 minutes.
Suggestion
Canned artichokes heated a few minutes. Add a mixture of pepper, onion and Italian-style dressing.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
