Recipe ingredients
- 4 turkey breasts
- Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) olive oil
- 4 tsp. (20 mL) soya sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to medium.
In a bowl, add all the sauce ingredients; mix well.
Brush the turkey breasts with garlic sauce. Cook 6 to 8 minutes per side.
To pan-fry
Brush the turkey breasts with garlic sauce.
In a hot frying pan, sear the turkey breasts.
Cook breasts 6 to 8 minutes per side; turn as soon as they have browned.
Suggestion
Use garlic sauce as a marinade. Put turkey breasts in a bowl and cover with garlic sauce; macerate at least 30 minutes.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
