Chicken Zigzags with Parmesan

Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) salad dressing
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) Italian-style seasoning OR dried rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) water
- 1 lb. (450 g) chicken strips
- 11 wooden skewers, 12 po. (30 cm)
Preparation
Mix salad dressing, parmesan, seasonings and water.
Add the chicken strips to this mixture.
Thread chicken strips in zigzags on the skewers.
Put chicken on the barbecue grill or in a frying pan and cook over medium heat until chicken is fully cooked, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Suggestion
Braised kidney beans: in a frying pan, brown canned drained kidney beans, chopped garlic and leeks, salt and pepper.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
