Recipe ingredients
- 8 veal chops, 1/2 in. (8 veal chops, 1.5 cm) thick
- ¾ cup (175 mL) Dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Chopped fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Chopped fresh parsley
- ¾ cup (175 mL) Cream (15%)
- To taste Salt and pepper
Preparation
In a pan, cook the cutlets 3 minutes per side in butter and oil. Set aside.
Deglaze the pan with the wine or the chicken broth.
Add the herbs, cream, salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
Pour the sauce on the veal cutlets.
Suggestion
When using a wine sauce, drink the same wine as the one used to make the sauce.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
