Recipe ingredients
- Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) fresh chopped ginger
- 4 lamb chops
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) butter
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all garlic sauce ingredients.
In a frying pan, brown lamb chops in oil and butter.
Brush the chops with sauce; continue cooking over low heat about 8 minutes.
