Recipe ingredients
- 4 boneless turkey breasts
- Sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) molasses
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 sprigs fresh chopped rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) ketchup
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium.
In a bowl, combine all molasses sauce ingredients.
Put turkey breasts on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil; brush with sauce.
Cook 5 to 7 minutes per side; baste during cooking.
To oven-cook
In a frying pan, heat oil; brown on all sides.
Brush with molasses sauce; finish cooking in the oven at 350ºF (180ºC) 20 to 25 minutes.
Baste during cooking.
