Recipe ingredients
- 4 beef tournedos
- 4 whole oyster mushrooms
- 2 onions, cut in halves, blanched
- 4 potatoes, cut in halves, blanched
- Maître d’hôtel butter
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) butter*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) honey*
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
Using a blender, cream butter and mix in other ingredients. Set aside.
Preheat grill, medium heat.
Grill tournedos and vegetables, brushing them generously with maître d’hôtel butter.
Suggestion
Avoid pricking meat during cooking (or grilling). Use tongs instead.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
