Recipe ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil*
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) soya sauce*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) honey*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Dijon mustard*
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head Boston lettuce, torn up
- 1 cup (250 mL) bean sprouts
- 1 10-oz. (284 mL) can mandarins, drained
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL)dried cranberries
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL)raisins*
Preparation
In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients together. Set aside.
Divide salad into 4 plates and drizzle with dressing.
